Upon receipt of your $350.00 deposit, our office will prepare the function contract and forward it to you.
No booking is confirmed until the required deposit is received and the contract has been signed by VMC. The studio is limited in the number of functions it can schedule and accepts bookings in the order in which deposits are received. Should VMC be unable to provide the requested services, the client will be notified and the deposit returned.
Full payment is due two weeks prior to your function. Your pictures, invitation, directions, seating plan (if applicable) and music selections are also due at this time. Any pictures sent by U.S. mail should be clearly marked “Do Not Bend or Fold”. VMC is not responsible for mishandled mail.
Upon completion of the master DVD, you will be asked if any additional DVD’s are desired. DVD’s are $25.00 each. Our office will notify you upon completion.
Payment for any additional services is required upon receipt of your function DVD.
