Q: Exactly how does the photo booth work?
A: It’s easy: your guests enter the photo booth. They see themselves on the monitor. They hit the start button. 4 photos are taken. They exit the booth and pick up their photos. It’s that simple!
Q: Does our rental include an attendant?
A: Yes. We will be there the whole time that the photo booth is in operation to assist your guests.
Q: Can we have a special message displayed on our photos?
A: Absolutely. Most of our clients choose to have their name and the date of the event on their strips. However, any message you choose can be displayed in this area, at no additional charge.
Q: How fast do the photos develop?
A: There is no developing. It’s all digital. It takes about 15 seconds for the photos to print out. We always print out two sets of photos. One set goes to the guest. The other is for the photo memory book/scrapbook.
Q: Who creates the photo memory book/scrapbook?
A: VMC’s attendant will make the memory book on-site. Your guests will be directed to write a personal message next to their photos. This book will be available for you to take with you at the end of your event.
Q: Do you supply the scrapbook?
A: Yes. Our packages include the scrapbook and all necessary supplies. However, you are more than welcome to provide your own special book, if you wish to do so.
Q: How many pictures can I take?
A: The number of photos is unlimited for the duration of your rental period.
Q: Is there a minimum amount of hours to rent the booth?
A: The minimum amount of time you can rent the photo booth for is for 2 hours at a cost of $595.00.
Q: What are the dimensions of the booth?
A: The dimensions are 5 feet by 5 feet.
Q: Can I get multiple copies of a strip?
A: Yes.
Q: What if my event is outdoors?
A: No problem. We can set up our booths outdoors, weather permitting. In inclement weather, shelter will be needed for the booth.
Q: Can I switch from color to black and white photos during the event?
A: Yes.
Q: Do you use props with the photo booths?
A: Yes, props are provided, upon request.
Q: Do you rent out videobooths?
A: Yes. Some of our photo booths offer the standard photo option, and the option for video recordings, as well.
Q: Is there an additional charge for video in the booth?
A: No. However, you must let us know when booking our services if you would like to take advantage of this feature.
Q: Do you have any suggestions about where my photo booth should be placed?
A: Yes. We recommend that you position your booth as close to the action as possible. If it is in a busy area, it is much more likely to be used frequently.
Q: How do I know that our event venue can accommodate a photo booth?
A: Our photo booths are portable and can be set up almost anywhere.
